And when it did, out came a flood of feelings that had been buried under the surface for many, many years. Under the weight of the stress and pain, he felt like something inside of him broke. Today he opens up about one of the darkest seasons in his life, battling depression and anger after his son was diagnosed with autism. Pastor Mike is the lead pastor of Transformation Church. It takes courageous people to openly and publicly talk about their journey with mental and emotional health, but these are the exact conversations that begin taking down the stigma, paving the way for us to truly get real about how we’re doing as Christians.
